Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to grant age relaxation to the petitioner for the recruitment for the post of Junior Tradesman (Electrician) and consequently direct the 4th respondent to sponsor the name of the petitioner to the 2nd and 3rd respondents and in turn the 2nd and 3rd respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the process of interview for the post of Junior Tradesman (Electrician).
