************ This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.265 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police and file final report. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.This Court, in exercise of its powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., directs the respondent police to file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, in Crime No.265 of 2018, pending on the file of the respondent police under due intimation to the de-facto complainant, within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
