ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, restraining the respondents from making any changes in the revenue records after considering the representation made by the petitioner, on 12.07.2021.
2.Heard Mr.S.Vikram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3.It is seen from the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.5028 of 2021, dated 20.04.2021, that this Court had made it very clear that the objections can be given by the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.12095 of 2021 the respondents will have to necessarily consider the objections and take a decision in accordance with law. Accordingly, the petitioner has given the objections, on 12.07.2021, clearly explaining the fact that there are civil suits pending between the parties. This Court is confident that the respondents are going to take into consideration the objections given by the petitioner and it is not necessary for this Court to once again give directions to the respondents. It is not necessary to duplicate the same order once again.
4.In view of the above, the respondents will consider the objections given by the petitioner, on 12.07.2021, before taking a decision.
5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
