Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 12.03.2019, made by the petitioner, to issue a payment order to the second and third respondents and to specifically direct the third respondent to disburse the revised retirement benefits to the petitioner in accordance with the revised pension order dated 21.01.2019, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
