call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.336/2018 dated 14.12.2018 and quash the same as arbitrary and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to return the sale deed dated 12.11.2013 relating to properties measuring 0.29 cents in S.F.No. 107/12C-1, 93 3/4 cents out of 0.99 cents in S.F.No.107/12B and 0.24 1/2 cents in S.F.No.107/12A in Malaiyadipatti Village, Manapparai Tk, Trichy District after making due endorsement as to registration of sale deed to the petitioner within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. ORDER
This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 14.12.2018 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to return the sale deed dated 12.11.2013 after making due endorsement as to registration of sale deed to the petitioner within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by both sides that the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench on 06.01.2025. Both learned Counsels admitted that the matter was settled before the Mediation Centre, and the mediation report has also been submitted before this Court.
3. Since the matter was settled between the parties, a joint compromise memo was filed before the Mediation Centre. Recording the said compromise memo, the Mediation Centre passed an order. Both the joint memo and the mediation report shall form part and parcel of the records of this Court.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.07.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes KSA
