PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records and quash the First Information Report in Crime No.41 of 2022 dated 18.02.2022 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Uppiliyapuram Police Station, Tiruchirappalli District for the offences under Sections 143, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) of IPC as against the petitioner concerned.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
