ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an extension of the operation of the order dated 09.02.2026 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2577 of 2026, on the file of this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners that they were unable to arrange sufficient sureties and comply with the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.2577 of 2026. Accordingly, the time granted for the operation 2/4

of the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2577 of 2026 is extended by a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
