ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to change the enquiry officer in the enquiry process, pursuant to their communication under Reference No.Aa5/2478/2023 dated 31.03.2023, forthwith.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that, in the present case, the enquiry had already been completed and the Enquiry Officer had passed an order as early as on 28.04.2023. Therefore, he submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved by the said proceedings. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
