O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.N.MANJULA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu seeking to produce her daughter namely Vennila, aged about 17 years, D/o.Subramani, before this Court.

2. Heard Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the alleged detenu Vennila was produced before this Court. From the records, it is seen that her date of birth is 22.06.2007 and hence, she is a minor. The petitioner is also present before this Court. From the short interaction with the detenu, it came to light that she was taken by the third respondent and now she is willing to go along with her mother.

4. Recording the said statement of the detenue, the custody of the detenue is handed over to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
