This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in CRL.OP(MD).No. 6974 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of the offence and also the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court on 25.04.2025 in CRL.OP(MD).No.6974 of 2025 is relaxed in toto.
