ORDER

(Judgment of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to look into the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2026 and pass an order so as to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 6 for committing financial loss to the Government, irregularities, discrepancies and malpractices by misappropriating the Government Fund within the time prescribed by this Court and for other reliefs. 2.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that the 1st respondent is not a necessary party and therefore this writ petition may be dismissed as against the 1st respondent. He would further submit that the 2nd respondent will consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2026 on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as against the 1st respondent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
