O R D E R
The petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA in the name and style of Aroma Therapy Care at 5th Floor, Palmyra Grand Inn, 64-D, Madurai Road, Tirunelveli Junction, Tirunelveli.
2. The petitioner submitted a representation with the respondent for granting license to running a SPA and also to issue No Objection Certificate. The said application is not processed citing that the petitioner is not obtained NOC from the jurisdictional police.
3. Learned Standing counsel for the respondent submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner would be considered if the petitioner furnishes NOC from the jurisdictional police.
4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the writ petitioner to obtain NOC from the jurisdictional police and thereupon submit NOC to the respondent. In the event, the petitioner submits NOC 2/4
issued by the jurisdictional police, the respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.03.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.
