O R D E R

It is the grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd and 4th respondents are interfering the proceedings of the petitioner's association.

2. When the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions from the Sub-Inspector of Police attached with 3rd respondent's police station submitted that the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and 4th respondents had not interfered with the affairs of the petitioner's Association and they do not intend to interfere in any of their affairs.

3. In view of the undertaking given by the Additional Government Pleader, the petitioner may not be prejudiced. However, if any fresh complaint is made against the petitioner before the 3rd or 4th respondents, it is open to them to enquire into the complaint strictly in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
