This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 1 and 2 harassed the petitioner on the complaint given by the third respondent. Therefore, he filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that no any complaint was received against the petitioner and they have not harassed the petitioner in any way. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this case, this Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, is inclined to pass orders.
