ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to file final report in Crime No.110 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd Respondent police within the time limit as stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months time may be granted for filing a final report.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months before the concerned Judicial Magistrate from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
