When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the foetus of the minor girl was medically terminated on 24.06.2019 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 2.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
