(Order of the Court was made by S.SRIMATHY, J.) The review application has been filed against the order dated 01.04.2025 in CMP(MD) No.5521 of 2025 in WA(MD)SR No. 24098/2025.

2. The petitioner is the appellant in the writ appeal and the petitioner in the condone delay application, which was filed with an enormous delay of 800 days in filing the writ appeal. Since the inordinate delay has not been properly explained and it is bereft of sufficient cause, the said application has been dismissed. Against the said dismissal, the petitioner is before this Court with this review application.

3. The review application is to be entertained when there is an error apparent on the face of record. However, in the present case, since the delay is enormous ie,, 800 days and that has not been properly explained, the said petition has been dismissed. Since there is no error apparent on the face of the record, the review application is dismissed. No costs.
