Mr.R.G.Shankar Ganesh For RR1 & 2 COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] These writ petitions have been instituted challenging the appointment of Fit Person.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the Fit Person was appointed on 17.05.2019 and is continuing for the past about six years.
3. Since the Fit Person is continuing for the past six years, adjudication of merits, at this length of time, may not require. However, if any grievance exists to the petitioners in respect of the appointment of the Fit Person, they can approach the Joint Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner under Section 21A of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. 4/6
4. With the above liberty, all these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
