Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of anticipatory bail and the same was allowed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8913 of 2018, dated 06.06.2018. Then, the petitioner has to surrender before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within 15 days. But, he has expressed some serious difficulties in complying with the same. Therefore, he seeks modification of the order passed by this Court. 2.Accepting the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil and execute the sureties instead of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.It is made clear that the petitioner has to surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of this order in this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
