ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C, in Crime No.61 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, the petitioners and other accused have intercepted the lorry of the defacto complainant and abused the driver of the defacto complainant in filthy language and also attacked him with hands and threatened with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent strongly opposes to grant bail on the ground that the investigation is yet to be completed. He further submits that the first petitioner, who is the son of the Panchayat President, is said to have demanded money and also attacked him. The first petitioner is involved two previous cases, out of which, one case is under Section 302 I.P.C.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the antecedent of the petitioners and the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
