This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The case of the petitioner is that there wasmatrimonial dispute between the third respondent and on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. A baby boy was born to them. The husband has not property taken care of the family. So the petitioner went for job along with her father. At that time, the third respondent has lodged a complaint before the second respondent stating that she is missing, based upon which, enquiry has been undertaken and the second respondent harassed. She is very much available in the address given in the petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.NO.192 of 2021 and it was closed on 17.07.2021.
