ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] This review application is filed seeking to review the order passed by this Court in C.M.P.(MD)No.5523 of 2025 in W.A.(MD)SR No.24099 of 2025. 2.The review applicant filed the writ petition seeking to count his past service as Secondary Grade Teacher for the purpose of pensionary benefits. The said writ petition was dismissed on 21.03.2023. The writ petitioner with the delay of 800 days, has filed a writ appeal being aggrieved by the order of dismissal made in the writ petition. The reason stated by him is that the learned counsel, who represented him before the writ Court, has not intimated about the dismissal of the writ petition.

3.The reasons assigned by the petitioner are not convincing to condone the huge delay of 800 days and therefore, this Court dismissed the condone delay petition. Against which, the present review application is filed. There is no error on the face of the record warranting to review the order of this Court dated 01.04.2025.

4.Accordingly, this review application is dismissed. No costs. [J.N.B., J.] & [S.S.Y., J.] 28.04.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No ta
