This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police. 3.The matter pertains to the civil dispute between the parties. the third respondent is directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.
