ORDER

The petitioner sought to quash the impugned order and grant terminal benefits based on his plea of voluntary retirement.

2. The respondents have rejected the same through the impugned order. The petitioner has accepted and rejoined the service and he is continuing in the service. The petitioner is not inclined to adjudicate this case and seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter in this connection and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Hence, permission is granted and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
