2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent / TASMAC, on instructions, submitted that there is no proposal to open a TASMAC shop at the petition mentioned property, ie., at No.29, Ulkadaiveethi, Alangudi Post and Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent / TASMAC, on instructions, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition and the same is accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
