Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has given representation for taking action against the fourth respondent. It is seen that there is a broad similarity in the names of the two associations. While the registration of the fourth respondent is not liable to be cancelled, certainly the fourth respondent can be directed to amend the name.

3. The third respondent is directed to take action on the petitioner's representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law. After issuing notice to the fourth respondent, such an order will passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
