ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR,No.599 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police.

3. In view of the said submission, the respondent Police is directed to follow the procedure as per Section 41(A) Cr.P.C., and complete the enquiry process.
