O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.] This writ petition has been filed without any basic basis or foundation seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue Kurumans Tribe Community Certificate in favour of the petitioner's son Suryamoorthy on the basis of his representation dated 07.03.2018.
2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner regretfully argued before us in support of the prayer that the petitioner is not having community certificate. Moreover, the petitioner has also not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
produced community certificate issued in favour of his parents, brothers, sisters or his relatives and only on the basis of the community certificate issued in favour of the wife of the petitioner, he has come to this Court seeking for a direction to issue community certificate in favour of his son. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
4.It is not known how the petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the revenue authorities to issue community certificate for his son on the basis of his wife's community certificate, that was also not issued by the Revenue Authority in Tamil Nadu. When he belongs to a particular community, he should have come to this Court with all the requisite revenue records including the community certificate issued by the revenue authority in favour of his father, mother or brother. No such vital documents have been produced before us. Therefore, we do not find any merit in the writ petition filed without any supporting documents. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
