O R D E R

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.3306 of 2018, dated 25.07.2018, consequently, to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting bail by the said Judge in Crl.M.P.No.2510 of 2018, dated 22.06.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's wife is pregnant and that he has some difficulties in signing before the Tallakulam Police Station as stipulated by the Court below. However, he is ready to sign before the local Magistrate, Madurai.

3. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
