O R D E R

The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that under the Revenue Recovery Act, the proceedings were initiated. But it was found that the said person from whom recovery is ordered is not having movable or immovable property .

2. Therefore, this Court has directed the petitioner that if any other property is available, the same may be intimated to the District Collector to proceed further. Till date, no such materials / particulars have been submitted by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to close the contempt petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to provide materials, if any, to the District Collector / respondent. On such submission, if the District Collector failed to take necessary action, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen the Contempt Petition.
