O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents no.3 to 6 on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint against the respondents no.3 to 6 before the 2nd respondent, but no action was taken. Therefore, she has filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that due to dispute in respect of the family property, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondents no.3 to 6 and the same is pending for enquiry. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the respondents no.3 to 6 inclined to pass Page No. 2 of 4

orders in this petition.

5. According to the petitioner, she sent a representation dated 17.12.2024, but no action was taken. The 2nd respondent has also admitted the receipt of the representation from the petitioner and the same is pending for enquiry with him. Therefore, it is for the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law. In view of the same, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2024 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.

6. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
