: Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to ply the Mini Bus TN 67 V 8725 on the route, Puthur Bus Stand to Seithur Bus Stand via., Punalveli instead of Panjampatti till such time the road conditions are made to a pliable condition. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to ply the Mini Bus TN 67 V 8725 on the route, Puthur Bus Stand to Seithur Bus Stand via., Punalveli instead of Panjampatti till such time the road conditions are made to a pliable condition.

2. Mr.B.Bhagavathi, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. This Court in the case of Ganesan vs. The Regional Transport Authority, Coimbatore North [W.P.Nos.30467 and 30468 of 2012, dated 15.11.2012], has observed as under: "For the reasons aforesaid and considering the limited prayer now sought for by the petitioner and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 13.09.2006 made by the petitioner within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly."

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this case is also of the similar nature and now the petitioner is also seeking a limited prayer of disposing of his representation.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.07.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
