: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the survey and demarcate the assignment house site in S.No.54/4, 5, 76/11, 77/11 1B and 1C to an extent of 2.23.0 Hectares (Punja) and S.No.54/1, 2, 55/5, 6B, 8B, 9B, 76/1, 76/2 to an extent of 2.10.5 Hectares (Punja) allotted for the welfare of scheduled community people in Venthoni Group, Paramakkudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District as per the 2nd respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.A/1280/10 dated 27.06.2016 and Na.Ka.A/1243/2009 dated 27.06.2016 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2019,within stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has made a representation on 27.05.2019 to the respondents to demarcate and earmark the assignment land, though the assignment was made long back. It is stated that there are thirty six beneficiaries and no separate land has been earmarked for them. Since no action is forthcoming on the representation, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation, we direct the respondents to look into the grievance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.14090 of 2019 of the petitioner, through his representation dated 27.05.2019 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
