This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 15.06.2019, whereby the petitioner Hospital was directed to refund a sum of Rs.1,75,986/- collected from CMCHIS beneficiary, in view of the order of suspension issued against the petitioner Hospital with effect from 16.06.2019.

2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that at the stage of admission, this Court has granted an order of interim stay of the order impugned in this writ petition in favour of the petitioner. Further, the petitioner Hospital is itself removed from the network hospital under the third respondent Insurance Company.
3.In view of the above submission, nothing remains to be considered further in this matter. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
