PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action as against the fourth respondent who is running the School namely Madurai CEOA Matriculation School and same is functioning inside the campus of Renganayagi Varadharaj College of Engineering, Sathur, Virudhunagar District without getting proper approval from the respondents 1 to 3 as per Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Recognized Private School (Regulation) Act 1973.
