Third Respondent in W.P.(MD)Nos.1411 & 1412/2019 COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' representations dated 17.12.2018, 08.12.2018 and 06.12.2018 respectively regarding encashment of leave salary and payment of special provident fund I and II based on similar orders in W.P.No.16098 of 2015 dated 08.06.2015 and implementation of the orders of the Hon'ble High Court by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gopichettipalayam in his proceedings in R.C.No.1916/2008/A4 dated 18.07.2015, within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

COMMON ORDER The petitioners have filed these Writ Petitions seeking for a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on their representations dated 17.12.2018, 08.12.2018 and 06.12.2018 respectively, regarding encashment of leave salary and payment of special provident fund I and II based on similar orders in W.P.No.16098 of 2015 dated 08.06.2015 and implementation of the orders of this Court by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gopichettipalayam, in his proceedings in R.C.No.1916/2008/A4 dated 18.07.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Having regard to the limited scope of the prayers, that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- "The respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners, dated 17.12.2018, 08.12.2018 and 06.12.2018 respectively, and dispose of the same, taking into consideration the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.16098 of 2015, dated 08.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is also directed to furnish a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.16098 of 2015, dated 08.06.2015, along with a copy of this order to the respondents, so that, the respondents will be in a position to appreciate the nature of the order and its application to the facts of the petitioners' case.
5. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
