ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner seeks deletion of the name of the fourth respondent and replacement by including his name in respect of the petition mentioned land. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the third respondent has already issued notice to the fourth respondent and enquiry is scheduled to be held on 22.12.2022. The third respondent is directed to pass final order on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the fourth respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
