ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents and learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

2. The petitioner alleges that the public area in front of the Village temple had been encroached. Therefore, this Court directed the jurisdictional Tahsildar to conduct a survey. Pursuant thereto, the jurisdictional Tahsildar conducted a survey and in his communication to the learned Additional Government Pleader, had stated that the encroachment had been identified. The jurisdictional Tahsildar is directed to follow the due process of law. If after notice to the persons concerned, the encroachment is confirmed, the same shall be removed after due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
