The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Illuppur, Pudukottai District, to dispose of an appeal filed by the petitioner herein on 22.03.2021.

2. Since the issue is now pending before the respondent, it may not be proper on the part of this Court to go into a detailed examination of the facts of the case. The respondent is directed to examine the appeal and after issuing notice to necessary parties, dispose of the appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
