Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks payment of crop insurance amount.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent informed the Court that a sum of Rs.2,60,379/- was paid to the petitioner on 17.04.2020. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
