ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, While admitting the CMA., the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of Stay on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall deposit 50 % of the award amount with proportionate interests and costs, awarded in M.C.O.P.No.13 of 2020, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal - Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CMP(MD) No.4914 of 2022 period of four weeks from the date of this order, after deducting the amount already deposited by him, to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.13 of 2020, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal - Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram, failing which, interim stay granted shall stand automatically dismissed.
