Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TANGEDCO.

2. The petitioner's husband died due to electrocution on 21.11.2021. In this regard Crime No.252 of 2021 was registered on the file of Sedapatty Police Station. The petitioner has given a representation dated 20.01.2022 seeking compensation.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider the said representation and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
