O R D E R

Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2.The petitioner has made an application for survey based on a settlement deed executed in favour of the petitioner by her husband Nallaperumal. The said application was made on 18.03.2025. She has also given a representation on the same day. It is also seen that the petitioner's husband's brother had filed a suit and the said suit was also dismissed in O.S.No.54 of 2017, challenging the settlement deed executed in favour of the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the said decree has become final and therefore, there is no impediment for survey to be conducted.

3.Therefore, the second respondent / second respondent's subordinates shall dispose of the petitioner's application dated 2/5

18.03.2025, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that in the event of the second respondent requiring any police assistance, the second respondent may give advance intimation to the third respondent, who shall ensure that sufficient police personnel are available to assist the second respondent at the time of survey. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
