2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 395 days, however, on payment of costs.
