ORDER

Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.By consent of the both parties this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 25.07.2018 to the second respondent to grant permission to conduct "Kalainigalchi" functions in "Sree Arulmighu Kaliamman Kovil" at Oorampatti Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District for two days i.e., on 08.08.2018 & 09.08.2018, between 07.00 PM to 11.00 PM, but sofar no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

petition, without expressing any opinion, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 06.08.2018.
