ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner/A1 to quash the FIR in Crime No.6 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of IPC, dated 25.02.2021, on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Theni District, Theni. 2.On earlier occasion, the case was dismissed for default and subsequently, it was restored and came up for hearing today. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.263 of 2023. There are sufficient materials available to frame charge and proceed the trial against the petitioner and hence, he seeks for dismissal of this quash petition.

4.Since final report has been filed, this Court does not find any merit in this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.6 of 2021 and hence,

this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
