Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records pertaining to the approval granted by the 2nd respondent vide his order No.213/2017 dated 11.07.2017 and quash the same. ORDER:- Writ Petition coming up for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari vide letter in D.No.3041/2020-A dated: 21.03.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Niranjan S.Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Karuppasamy, Government Advocate on behalf of 1st Respondent, Mr.Aaathimoolapandian, Standing Counsel for 2nd Respondent, Mr.P.Venkata Subramanian, Advocate for the 3rd Respondent and of Mr.M.P.Senthil, Advocate for the Respondents No.4 and 5, this Court made the following order:

No.17105 of 2018 2.This Court has already allowed the Writ Petition by order dated 05.03.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.391 of 2010 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Subsequently, based on the request of the Court below, it was extended one time. Now the Court below requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing the case in O.S.No.391 of 2010.
