ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.S.Manoj, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent-police, submits that the petition enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed on 17.04.2025. Hence, no case and no FIR had been registered against the petitioner. In view of the same, the petitioner has no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
