This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order passed by the third respondent dated 12.06.2019 and consequently directing the third respondent to cancel all other proceedings of the badminton tournament going to be conducted by the fourth respondent on 6th and 7th July 2019 at SDAT Virudhunagar.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
