PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records from the second respondent in M.H.S. Confdl. No.78/2022, dated 20.05.2022 by setting aside the said order of detention passed by the second respondent and setting the detenu Arunachalam, son of Thirugnana Sambandam, at liberty, now detained in the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court.
